deckenansicht_hotelhalleFew other ensembles are connected with the history of European music as the Vienna Philharmonic and from 1st to 5th of December 2010, members of the Vienna Philharmonic will once again be the guests of the Berlin Philharmonic. Maestro Christian Thielemann will conduct the extensive Beethoven cycle in four concerts - Symphonies 1 to 9. This is the only occasion worldwide when this series of concerts will be performed outside of Vienna: beginning on Wednesday the 1st of December 2010 with Symphonies 4 + 5, Symphonies 6 + 7 on Thursday, Symphonies 1, 2, and 3 on Saturday, and then a brilliant finale with Symphonies 8 + 9.

For this exceptional occasion, the Brandenburger Hof has reserved 1st & 2nd class tickets for The Beethoven Cycle and invites you to enjoy Berlin's Christmas atmosphere, staying in a luxurious double room for four nights including the famous à-la-carte breakfast, with plenty of time to explore all that the city has to offer.
