German top gourmet magazine Feinschmecker gives Chef Sauli Kemppainnen of Brandenburger Hof, Berlin, the crown for Chef of the Month for April 2010. Young Sauli is the new kid on the block, who took less than a year to convince Michelin that his Nordic cuisine merits a star and has taken the German Capital’s culinary cognoscenti by storm. His dishes are very new, very fresh and hugely different.
